Solar Harbour Rewards Program

Implementation & Legal Policy Document

This document outlines the implementation policy, terms of operation, and legal disclaimers governing the Solar Harbour Rewards Program ("the Program"). It ensures that all participants clearly understand their rights and obligations, while protecting Solar Harbour’s business interests. This policy aims to strike a balanced, professional tone that safeguards the integrity of the program while maintaining transparency and fairness for all customers.

The Solar Harbour Rewards Program is a voluntary, promotional initiative offered to eligible customers

The Program is non-binding, and participation does not constitute a contract, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the customer and Solar Harbour.

Solar Harbour retains full discretion to interpret, modify, pause, extend, or withdraw the Program at any time, without prior notice.

No entitlement, vested right, or legal claim shall arise on account of any aspect of the Program.

Rewards are provided ex gratia and are not enforceable through any legal or judicial forum.

Only existing Solar Harbour customers with an installed and commissioned solar system are eligible to participate.

Participation is subject to continued compliance with Solar Harbour's general terms, product warranties, and service contracts.

Employees, vendors, and affiliates of Solar Harbour are not eligible unless explicitly permitted.

Referrals must be submitted via official channels (e.g., company portal, referral forms).

A referral is deemed valid only upon successful installation of a system by the referred party.

The referred customer must make full payment for the installation in accordance with Solar Harbour’s billing terms.

All referrals are subject to manual verification and audit by Solar Harbour.

Reward points or cash incentives shall be disbursed only after completion of a 12-month program cycle.

Solar Harbour reserves the right to withhold or adjust rewards if:

-Referral was not genuine or involved misrepresentation

-Installation was cancelled, returned, or voided

-Any dispute, fraud, or ethical concern arises during the process

-Point transfers from one user to another are allowed only once per cycle, and only between known family/friends, subject to company approval.

Customers must not pressure, manipulate, or mislead their referrals

Any form of abuse, fake installations, or point hoarding shall result in immediate disqualification

Solar Harbour may pursue civil or criminal action in case of fraud

Participation in the Program is deemed an acceptance of this policy and its terms.

Solar Harbour is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation.

Any dispute arising from the Program shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana

In case of conflict, the English version of this policy will prevail.

If a participant remains inactive for 12 months, their membership may be automatically cancelled

Solar Harbour reserves the right to suspend any user suspected of unethical or non-compliant behavior

By participating in the Solar Harbour Rewards Program, the customer acknowledges that:

They have read, understood, and agreed to this Implementation & Legal Policy;

They shall comply with the program rules in both letter and spirit;

They waive all claims against Solar Harbour relating to reward conditions or changes therein.
